From analysing the life cycle of our service lines, to assessing our carbon footprint, right through to setting-up training to prevent Muscular-skeletal Disorders and heart failure. All these action plans demonstrate our willingness to progress as a Group.<\/h5>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs style_default switch_click accordion type_togglable has_scrolling\" style=\"--sections-title-size:26px\" id=\"csr-commitments-tabs\"><div class=\"w-tabs-sections titles-align_none icon_plus cpos_right\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section active\" id=\"t35e\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header active\" aria-controls=\"content-t35e\" aria-expanded=\"true\"><h3 class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Partnership with the Global Heart Watch non-profit organisation<\/h3><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-t35e\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h5>Cardiac arrest is responsible for the death of 40\u00a0000 people per year in France and only 4% of victims survive due to lack of early intervention. Moreover, 30% of these cardiac arrests occur in the workplace. In 2015\u00a0<strong>ATALIAN<\/strong>\u00a0decided to take concrete action and signed a\u00a0<strong>partnership<\/strong>\u00a0with the\u00a0<strong>Global Heart Watch (GHW)<\/strong> ;\u00a0a non-profit organisation that is committed to preventing sudden death in adults. Through this partnership, GHW organises training sessions for ATALIAN staff at client sites. Employees are thus trained to recognise the first signs of heart failure and to provide first aid whilst waiting for paramedics to arrive. In 2017, ATALIAN renewed its partnership with the NGO with the objective of increasing the number of training sessions.<\/h5>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-btn-wrapper align_none\"><a class=\"w-btn us-btn-style_1 us_custom_80a192e9 icon_atleft\" target=\" _blank\" rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"http:\/\/www.globalheartwatch.org\/\"><i class=\"fas fa-link\"><\/i><span class=\"w-btn-label\">More informations here: Globalheartwatch.org<\/span><\/a><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"l441\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-l441\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><h3 class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Acquisition of Dialogue Partenaires Services<\/h3><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-l441\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h5>In line with its CSR strategy, ATALIAN acquired a French company called\u00a0<strong>Dialogue Partenaires Services<\/strong>\u00a0(DPS). Founded in 1992 by people who come from the Social Economy sector, DPS fosters professional insertion through economic activities. DPS assists people who are isolated from the professional world in their endeavours to return to employment by giving them a job in the cleaning sector. Since 1993, more than 5500 employees have benefitted from their professional insertion programme.<\/h5>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"s520\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-s520\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><h3 class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Partnership with Paris-Dauphine University<\/h3><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-s520\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h5>In late 2016 ATALIAN, the\u00a0<strong>Paris-Dauphine University<\/strong> and the\u00a0<strong>Paris-Dauphine Foundation<\/strong>\u00a0signed a\u00a0<strong>global partnership<\/strong>\u00a0aiming to develop their cooperation in the field of education and the professional insertion of graduates from the Parisian university.\u00a0<strong>ATALIAN<\/strong>\u00a0will offer internships, apprenticeship and international voluntary contracts, as well as temporary and permanent job postings to Paris-Dauphine students and young graduates. Through this initiative,\u00a0<strong>ATALIAN<\/strong>\u00a0commits itself to transmit its culture and values to young graduates, to train them, integrate them and help them develop professionally.<\/h5>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"w5e5\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-w5e5\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><h3 class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Preventing Muscular- Skeletal Disorders (MSD)<\/h3><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-w5e5\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h5>In 2014 ATALIAN\u2019s French cleaning service line initiated an MSD prevention strategy and specifically deployed a programme to train MSD prevention leaders. Following on from the knowledge acquired and successful experiences in the field, the project is advancing with the creation of new training modules for site managers. The training will help them identify the risks linked to MSD\u2019s and present them with solutions to help them initiate a thought process on the subject.<\/h5>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"e6c3\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-e6c3\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><h3 class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Carbon foot-print assessment of our business lines<\/h3><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-e6c3\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h5>The objective of the carbon foot-print assessment is to measure a company\u2019s Green House Gas emissions (GHG).\u00a0<strong>ATALIAN<\/strong>\u00a0conducted a carbon foot-print assessment of our Cleaning, Technical maintenance, Security and Landscaping business lines in France, so as to assess the carbon foot-print of its activities.\u00a0<strong>ATALIAN<\/strong>\u00a0decided to go further by undertaking a Carbon foot-print assessment of its cleaning activities in France. Following this assessment, an action plan to reduce its impact by 10% was drawn-up and concrete actions were taken. This carbon profile is re-evaluated every 4 years, in order to gage the relevance and efficiency of the actions implemented on a specific site.<\/h5>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"m791\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-m791\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><h3 class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Analysing the life-cycle of our services<\/h3><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-m791\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h5><strong>ATALIAN<\/strong>\u2019s cleaning business line has developed a tool capable of analysing the life-cycle of a given service. The objective of the tool is to draw-up a report on the life-cycle of cleaning services at various moments of the life of a contract. This new tool enables\u00a0<strong>ATALIAN<\/strong>\u00a0to respond to increase client demands in terms of environmental impact.<\/h5>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"c86d\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-c86d\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><h3 class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">CSR passport<\/h3><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-c86d\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h5><strong>ATALIAN<\/strong>\u00a0devised a tool, called CSR Passport, capable of describing the CSR \/ SD profile of a site at any given moment. The tool covers two main aspects:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5>Firstly, a \u201cCSR profile\u201d is established via a self-diagnosis, in the form of a questionnaire based on the 7 fundamental issues of the ISO 26000 norm, performed by the client and the on-site operational team. A score is given according to the CSR performance of the site, which in turn helps to identify the priority actions to implement and improve the results.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>Secondly a \u201cCarbon profile\u201d is established in order to evaluate the GHG emissions brought about by the cleaning service at a client site.
