This partnership perfectly illustrates the Human Resources policy of the Group: attract and nurture talent. Moreover, the Group will also support the various\u00a0<\/span><b>educational<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><b>initiatives<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0taken by the University as well as its training policy.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">As part of this partnership,\u00a0<\/span><b>ATALIAN<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0will offer a\u00a0<\/span><b>Graduate Programme<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, which will enable young graduates to discover ATALIAN\u2019s business lines, culture and structure. The aim of apprenticeship contracts is to enable young people to gain valuable professional experience, whilst studying towards a degree.
